Job Position : Event Host

Responsibilities :

-Assisting the core teams with the daily operations

- Assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of events

-Coordinating and executing the tasks

-Working on being proactive in handling the assigned tasks.

- You should be communicating with the senior management and organizers during your time at the event

- Coordinating with different departments for the smooth running of special events

- Assisting in finalizing the menu and the day’s programs

- Communicating with the Event Coordinator and Event Manager at all times Maintaining an approachable and presentable demeanor

Job Mode : Work from Office
