Job Description:

SEQATO Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Technopark is hiring Finance Executive

Brief description :

Candidate must have a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills.

* Accounting (Both payable and receivable): You will be managing the company's accounts payable and receivable. They process invoices, issue payments, and track outstanding balances.

* Payroll: You will be responsible for processing payroll for all company employees. This includes calculating wages, taxes, and other deductions, and ensuring that payments are made on time.

* Audit preparation: you need to prepare for audits by ensuring that all financial records and reports are up-to-date and accurate.

* Budgeting: you are responsible for developing and managing the company's budget. You will be working closely with the management to create a budget that meets the company's needs.

Preferred skills :

* Experience handling team.

* Exposure to the Payroll processing & related compliance.

* Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

* Experience handling day-to-day general ledger account functions, monthly management reporting 

* Independent handling experience in Internal & Statutory Audits.

* Exposure to filing & handling all corporation tax returns & others applicable statutory returns like e-TDS, PF, ESI etc.

* Exposure to STPI along with Custom & RBI compliances.

* Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.

* Excellent in written & verbal communication skills and can articulate their point of view with confidence.

* Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections

* Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Comfortably work on Tally & MS Office, including advanced Excel knowledge.

* Highly organized with ability to work on own initiative, prioritize and adhere to deadlines.

* Able to work at pace and adapt to change in an agile environment. 

Qualification

* B.com / MBA Finance “or” CA/CMA Final/Intermediate with minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance or any related field.
