Savantis Solutions is hiring Analyst Trainee For a Leading MNC Company
Designation: Analyst Trainee (Service Desk)
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2024/2025/2026 BE/B.Tech (CSE & Allied Branches, ECE, EEE, Civil, Mechanical) & BCA/BSc (Mathematics & IT)
- Minimum 60% throughout academics
- Good command in spoken & written English is mandatory
- No active backlogs
Work Location: Technopark Trivandrum/Pune & Noida
Package: ₹2.22 LPA + Cab
Service Agreement: 12 Months
Shifts: Rotational
Training Mode: Online
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks
Important Interview Requirement:
- The training will be conducted online.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to travel to Trivandrum and attend the interview physically at the HCL office.
- The selected candidate can choose the work location as Trivandrum or Pune.
- Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable to relocate.
Important Notes:
- Attendance and participation in the training program are mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Trivandrum or Pune upon successful completion of the process.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical support requests via phone and other communication channels
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues
- Provide appropriate solutions and guidance to users
- Log and track incidents and service requests
- Follow standard help desk procedures and SLA guidelines
- Escalate issues requiring urgent attention
- Coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution
- Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution
- Maintain activity reports and documentation in Excel
- Support temporary asset allocation and related activities
