Job Description:

Saasvaap is hiring Technical Writer.

Technical Writer 5 - 8 yrs  Immediate​

5 to 8 years of total Technical writing experience and exposure to Vendor management process, supplier risks management 

Technical writer to develop the procedures, standards and policies to rewrite the process

Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, business units, Solutions Architects and SMEs to consolidate input for analysis and decision action.

Ability to engage with customers, document their needs.

Preferred skills:

Assist with designing process and solutions to positively impact the customer experience.

Translate business and technical requirement documentation into easily understood descriptions of system functionality for use by the business service teams and management.

Writing and updating client facing documentation, including technical white papers, user guides and online help that is compliant and responsive to requirements.

Verify that the delivered system changes match the business requirements.

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop content for how the platform can provide solutions Strong and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
