Key Responsibilities:

• Support Learning & Development initiatives and training programs
• Assist in conducting soft skills and sales training sessions
• Coordinate training activities and employee learning schedules
• Travel across Kerala for training support whenever required
• Contribute to creating engaging learning experiences for teams

Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of soft skills and sales training
• Willingness to travel across Kerala
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
