Job Description:

RoshAi is hiring AI Support Engineer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0-1 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor deployed Al inspection systems in real factory environments
• Troubleshoot inference, integration, and deployment issues to ensure high system uptime
• Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams to improve system performance and reliability
• Contribute to data operations including annotation, dataset curation, and quality validation
• Assist in model retraining, benchmarking, evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles
• Create and maintain SOPs, deployment documentation, and internal knowledge

Key Skills:

• Strong fundamentals in Python and Linux
• Understanding of Computer Vision frameworks (OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of image processing, ML pipelines, inference debugging, and APs
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a strong problem-solving mindset
