Reliance Jio is hiring Program Manager- Talent Acquisition

CTC - up to 13 L pa

Location - roleholder will be based in Kochi & responsible for Kerala state .

8 to 12 years of experience in solid Talent Acquisition (Design & Program mgt of TA strategies)

Developement of alternate sourcing channels like online campaigns , NGO's , Job exchanges , campus , self help groups etc.

Proficiency in Malayalam is a must

Target Industries - Telecom Services/ Telecom Devices/Retail/NBFC /BPO / FMCG / Consumer Durable background
