Job Description:

Reizend Retail is hiring Accounts Staff.

Brief description :

1.       Preparation of budgets and periodical analysis of the same with actual financial performance.

2.       Finalization of periodical financial statements

3.       Liaising with statutory auditors for the timely completion of Statutory audit of the Company and other statutory compliance

4.       Make realistic cash flow projections for the Company after considering the statutory requirements to be met, prioritising the payments and the receivables position of the Company

5.       Ensuring the compliance with all income tax matters like, monthly payment of TDS, quarterly filing of TDS returns, Income Tax return of the Company, directors

6.       Knowledge in GST areas like monthly filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST Annual return, monthly reconciliation with GSTR-2B.

7.       Good in ensuring ROC compliance like filing of forms like INC-22, ADT-1, PAS-3, Annual return forms MGT-7, AOC-4

8.       Analyse and derive logics to bring Income Tax, GST updates and other statutory compliance in the software owned by the company.

9.       Make software testing for the updates made in the software owned by the company

 

Preferred skills:

1.      Qualification     : Passed B.com with Finance with at least 65% marks

2.      Experience         : After B.com, have 3-6 years of experience (Experience in a CA firm as an Audit Assistant or worked as an accountant of a software company are preferred)

3.      Confident in using Excel to Intermediate level

4.      Ability to work on own initiative

5.      An outstanding team member to contribute to the the finance team

6.      Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

7.      Good Communication skill both verbal and written

8.      Salary : 5 to 6 LPA
