Job Description:

As a Support L1/L2 Engineer at Quod Financial, you will be part of a global team responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for our SaaS clients. This role involves working in shifts, including evening and night shifts, and will require communication in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support: Provide Level 1 (phone and email) and Level 2 (diagnosis and resolution) support for our global platform.
• Operations: Monitor and proactively manage the SaaS environments.
• Daily Operations: Perform routine system operations, which may include early shifts, night shifts, and weekend work.
• Release Management: Participate in and automate release management processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to long-term operational improvements.
• On-site Assignments: Be open to potential short-term on-site assignments.

Skills Required:

• Linux: Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and Shell; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Databases and SQL: Solid understanding of databases (Oracle or open-source types) and SQL.
• Trading Systems: Experience with trading systems is advantageous but not required.
• English Proficiency: Fluent English with excellent communication skills for phone support.
