Job Position: Specialist_One Consulting_Intelligent Government Transformation

Job Type: Specialist (Apprenticeship Model)

Job Location: Pan India

Qualification: MBA/PGDM (2 Years)

Years of Experience Required: NA

Year of Pass: 2026

Annual Stipend: Rs. 3,60,000

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 30,000

Note: The candidate will be under the Apprenticeship model for 12 months and conversion to FTE will be based on the performance of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Work along with the team to support a client organization to improve its efficiency, growth and profit through accurate data gathering, analysis and recommendations.
• Define a problem through consultations with clients and their stakeholders (such as customers, employees, vendors etc.).
• Review and analyze information through research and correlation to different reports/use cases.
• Support the team in client proposals and presentations Translate conclusions into recommendations and support formation of hypotheses and solutions.

• Excellent communications, presentation and analytical skills
• Problem solving and strategic planning ability
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to innovate, create lasting relationships and work independently with little supervision

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Strong passion for consulting
• Prior experience in business development would be a plus
