Job Position: AR Caller in the Medical Billing department

Job Description:

• Calls insurance companies for claim status on behalf of healthcare providers
• Handles billing for US healthcare providers
• Follows up with insurance companies for outstanding claim status
• Receives payment information for processed claims
• Analyzes rejected claims
• Ensures deliverables meet quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiners with excellent English communication
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 are eligible
• Age Limit: 21-26
• Quick learner of new concepts
• Flexible with shift timings

• 2nd Floor, Block Niagra, Embassy Taurus Techzone, Technopark Phase III Main Road, Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695581

Shift Timing: 

• US Shift Timing: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am

Working Days:

• Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
