Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Grow Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and Schedule Engaging Content (Posts, Reels, Stories)
• Plan and Execute Social Media Strategies and Content Calendars
• Run Paid Social Media Campaigns to Generate Leads and Inquiries
• Monitor Performance, Analyze Insights, and Optimize Strategies
• Stay Updated With Trends and Bring Innovative Ideas to the Table
• Engage With the Audience and Build a Strong Online Community

Experience:

• Proven Experience as a Social Media Manager (1-2 Years Preferred)

Skills:

• Strong Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and Advertising
• Creative Mindset With Excellent Content and Copywriting Skills
• Basic Understanding of Analytics and Reporting Tools
• Good Communication and Organizational Skills
• Passion for Real Estate is a Plus
