Qualification: MBA/PG in Marketing, Sales, or related field

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Retail/Mall Leasing

Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Relationship management skills
• Business development skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support leasing activities and tenant acquisition
• Identify and engage potential brands/retailers
• Manage relationships with existing and prospective tenants
• Support negotiations and closure of leasing deals
• Track market trends and competitor activities
