Experience: 1 to 5 years

Qualification: MBA mandatory

Location: Kochi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients through networking and marketing.
• Showcase properties to potential buyers/tenants and conduct site visits.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain transaction records.
• Collaborate with developers, agents, and legal teams.
