Experience: Relevant AI Consulting Experience Preferred

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze Existing Business Operations and Identify AI Implementation Opportunities
• Develop and Implement Claude AI-Based Operational Solutions
• Create AI-Driven Workflows, SOPs, Templates and Automation Systems
• Improve Productivity and Reduce Manual Processes Across Departments
• Support HR, Sales, Customer Service, Administration and Management Functions Through AI Solutions
• Design Effective Prompts and Reusable AI Frameworks
• Conduct Employee Training and AI Awareness Sessions
• Develop AI-Assisted Reports, Dashboards and Communication Systems
• Guide Management on AI Adoption Strategies and Digital Transformation Initiatives
• Ensure Secure and Responsible AI Usage Within the Organization

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Expertise in Claude AI and Generative AI Platforms
• Strong Knowledge in Prompt Engineering
• Experience in AI Workflow Automation and Process Improvement
• Good Understanding of Business Operations and Reporting Systems
• Strong Analytical, Communication and Presentation Skills
• Experience as AI Consultant/Automation Specialist/Digital Transformation Consultant Preferred
