Popular Hyundai is hiring Manager - Internal Audit (Spare Parts Division)

Location: Corporate Office, Cochin | Frequent Dealership Travel

Experience:

• 6-10 years of Internal Audit experience
• Hands-on experience with DMS/ERP systems

Qualification: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic & surprise audits of spare parts operations
• Verify physical stock vs DMS inventory and identify shortages/excesses
• Audit end-to-end spare parts processes – procurement to billing
• Review DMS controls, access rights & system overrides
• Detect pilferage, irregularities & fraud risks
• Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations
• Track closure of audit observations

Skills:

• Strong exposure to automobile dealerships/spare parts/inventory audits
• High integrity, analytical mindset & strong communication skills
