Phases Infopark is hiring Junior Accountant

Location: Phases, Infopark, Kochi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
• Conduct: High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Technical Requirements:

• Software: Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or Odoo.
• MS Excel: Advanced knowledge of formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Taxation: Experience in GST/TDS return filing and reconciliation.
• Audit: Ability to prepare schedules and coordinate with auditors.
• Mobility: Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler license; ownership of a two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily finance operations, bookkeeping, and data entry.
• Process balance sheets, income statements, and financial records.
• Verify expenses, payroll, and manage statutory filings (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Support monthly and yearly financial closings and reporting.
• Liaise with banks, government offices, and statutory bodies for compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
• Provide assistance with audits and financial analysis.
