Job Description:

Perfomatix is hiring Finance Executives (Fresher)(Remote)

Qualifications:

- MBA-Finance/ MCom (2021- 23 Passouts only)

- Sound knowledge regarding the golden rules of accounting

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic knowledge of accounting journals, P&L, Balance sheet, Trial Balance, Cash flow statements preparation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions: You will be responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions, verifying invoices and receipts, and processing payments.

- Bank Reconciliation: You will have to reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.

- Maintaining financial records: You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, updating ledgers, and preparing financial reports.

- Assisting with budget preparation: You may assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasting future revenues and expenses, and tracking spending against budget.

- Support Auditing: You may be responsible for assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and supporting the audit process.

- Taxation: You may assist in tax compliance, filing returns, and ensuring that all tax-related matters are handled appropriately.

- Liaising with other departments: You will have to work with other departments in the organization, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that financial information is accurately recorded and reported.
