Penieltech is hiring Outbound Sales Executive (Remote)

Role: Outbound Calling & Sales

Location: Remote - Work from Anywhere

Target Market: UAE Customers

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects in the UAE.
• Introduce and explain our products and services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships.

Skills:

• Fluent in Hindi and English - Mandatory.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Experience:

• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or inside sales is preferred.
• UAE market/customer calling experience is an advantage.

Eligibility: Open to candidates anywhere in India.
