Job Description:

Pearl Data Direct (IT Division of Lulu Financial Holdings) is hiring HR Intern 

Location: Cochin

Duration: 6 Months (Immediate Start)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the tech recruitment process alongside our HR team
• Collaborate with senior HR team members to drive employee engagement programs
• Assist with various HR operations, learning the inner workings of HR in an IT/ITES environment

Requirements:

• Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
