Brief description :

 

Job Title: Business Analyst

Gather business business requirement; Create BRD and bring out clarity about the customer requirement

Customer Interface to solicit requirements, present solution and demonstrate  the solution developed 

Coordinate between product team,  development team, testing team and customer to deliver the right solution

Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing customer information and needs

Identify and document business processes and  practices based on customer requirements 

Construct work flow charts and diagrams; Understand the customer requirements and provide insights about complex business problems through workflows, wireframes and diagrams

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience(Freshers) in Business Analyst &  Product Analyst roles with a product company Microsoft Office or similar tools strongly preferred

Ability to work independently and with others

Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive

Experience in Banking Domain preferred

DOJ: Immediate

Qualification: MBA/Btech

Experience in DMS & BPM product portfolio is preferred

Location: Trivandrum
