Oppo is hiring Regional Trainer

Experience: 

• Any graduate with minimum 1 year of sales training experience
• MBA freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver classroom, virtual & OJT training
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Manage sales promoters onboarding, OJT & handholding
• Deliver product, sales & soft skills training
• Support promoters with market visits
• Ensure LMS usage and track training effectiveness
• Required coordination with sales team

Location: Cochin, Wayanad & Trivandrum
