Experience: 2-5 Years in Product, Training or Retail Operations (Mobile/Electronics Preferred)

• Strong Communication
• Analytical & Coordination Skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• E-commerce/Channel Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Product Strategy, Target Segments, Pricing & Launch Plans
• Manage Stock Allocation, Product Lifecycle & EOL Planning
• Conduct Product Training & Ensure Team Knowledge Readiness
• Develop Sales Tools, Demos & In-Store Display Execution
• Analyze Competitors, Schemes & Affordability Options
• Support Product Launches & Retail Readiness
• Collect Market Feedback & Prepare Regular Performance Reports
