Job Description:

Olive Group is hiring Senior Finance Associate.

Speak with international vendors, Clients, Banks, Revenue departments, and other legal departments and

 

resolve tasks

 

Perform various tasks in relation to day to day accounting

Preparation of journals and account/bank reconciliations

Treasury management / receipt-payment allocations

Short term cash flow planning and reporting

Invoice processing / Billing / Credit controlling

Support leaders in the preparation of monthly financial statements

Support MIS team to prepare reports as per the requirement

Liaise with the various counterparts within the business as part of query management

Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process

Providing customer service to clients

Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams

Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters

Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:

Finance graduate with 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced global organisations in Accounts/Finance roles in the e-Learning/IT/ITES industries

1-2 years of international accounts (preferably UK/Europe/US clients) experience is desirable.

Mandatory Skills:

Working knowledge in Accounting.

Good analytical skills and eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of MS suites(Excel)/Google docs

Good Team player

Ready to take up new tasks in relation to finance especially preparing reports

Ready to learn new projects and departments inside Accounts

Preferred skills

 

High confidence in speaking with international people (Ireland, UK, US, and Australia) from

Revenue, Banks, Legal departs, and other vendors

Day to day Accounting knowledge of using Xero is desirable

Support Management to organise workflow, implement new processes and ideas
