Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate/HR/Recruitment/Training & Placement.
• Proven track record in campus placements & corporate relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & maintain industry connections
• Organize campus recruitment drives & career fairs
• Coordinate internships & training programs
• Provide career guidance & soft skills training
• Maintain placement records & reports

Qualification:

• MBA (HR/Marketing) or equivalent
• PG Degree from a recognized University.
• Certifications in HR, Training, Placement Management will be preferred.
