Job Description:

• Work involves interaction mostly with professionals in USA.
• Analyze the Job requirements of our Direct Clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, Boeing, Alcon, Seqirus, etc.
• Search, screen and short-list candidates based on various aspects from Job portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder), in-house database, LinkedIn and through relevant community sites.
• Conduct initial round of interviews with candidates and forwarding them to the Account Manager in US Office.
• The nature of the work is more like Inside Sales and Marketing and less like HR/Admin.

Candidate Specification:

• Experience Level: 1-4 year (We are not welcoming freshers).
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
• Experience in Recruitment / Outbound voice process is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of IT/ Clinical/Scientific/Pharmaceutical/Lab terminologies would be an added advantage.
• Ready to work in Evening shift (5:00 pm – 2:00 am), Monday - Friday.
• Should be willing to give us a working commitment for minimum 2 years.
