Location: Nesto Management Office - Hilite Business Park T2, Floor 1, Calicut

Open Positions:

1. Creative Graphic Designer

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software: (Photoshop, Illustrator, Ai Tools).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding.
• Strong concept development skills for campaigns, launches, and seasonal events.

2. Graphic Designer

Skills:

• Design visually appealing promotional flyers.
• Software Knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

3. Videographer cum Editor

Skills:

• Shoot and edit promotional videos for the hypermarket: product showcases, festival offers, in-store events, customer testimonials, staff activities, etc.
• Software Knowledge (Premiere pro, After Effects, DaVinci, Capcut)

4. Motion Graphic Designer

Skills:

• Create high-quality motion graphics for digital signage, social media, in-store displays, advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Software Knowledge (Blender, After Effects, Ai Tools)

5. Digital Marketing Executive

Skills:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Manage social media channels, including content strategy, posting, and community engagement.
• Support SEO, SEM, and website content management.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

6. Content Strategist

Skills:

• Strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
• Strong understanding of retail/hypermarket customer base and shopping behavior.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, product managers).
