Job Description:

Muthoot Securities is hiring Relationship Manager - Securities (Fresher)

Location: Pan India Offices

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience: Freshers Eligible

Qualification:

• Any graduate (Commerce or Finance background preferred)
• Mandatory NISM certification(s) as prescribed for equity and/or commodity trading

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for equity and commodity trading services
• Open and activate Demat and trading accounts
• Promote equity, derivatives, and commodities trading products
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Reactivate dormant or inactive trading accounts
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Provide basic market information and trading support to clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to meet targets
• Basic understanding of stock markets and trading concepts
• Interest in financial markets and investment products
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Customer-focused approach and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with digital trading platforms

CTC: 2.4 LPA starting
