Muthoot Capital is hiring IT Support Lead

Location: Kochi

Experience: 8 Plus years of experience in IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day to day L3 application support for Finnone New Suite & related leading applications.
• Monitor application availability, performance, interfaces.
• Handle incidents, service request & production issues with defined SLA/TAT.
• Troubleshoot application & database related issues using SQL queries.
• Support integrations between Finnone & other systems such as payment gateways, APIs, CRM, Collection systems & digital channels.
• Lead & mentor the IT application support Team.

Skills:

• In depth knowledge of FinnOne New Suite
• Deep understanding and knowledge of SQL Queries
