Job Description:

Muralya Dairy is hiring Marketing Executive - Field Operations

Location: Trivandrum to Kochi (extensive field travel, approx. 5 days/week)

Experience: 0-3 years in FMCG field marketing, sales promotion, or brand visibility projects

Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Shopboard Scouting & Verification

• Identify and evaluate potential shopboard and hoarding locations (focus on high-visibility, high-traffic junctions).
• Personally visit shortlisted sites to confirm suitability and capture geo-tagged photos.

2.⁠ ⁠Vendor Coordination & Quality Checks

• Visit vendor workshops to verify printing quality, board dimensions, and brand specification compliance.
• Supervise on-site installations with vendor teams and document completion with geo-tagged proof photos.

3.⁠ ⁠Market Audits

• Conduct sales route audits to verify:
• Coverage: Ensure all outlets on route are being serviced.
• Range Availability: Check that all Muralya products are available vs. competition.
• Visibility: Assess product placement and shopboard visibility.
• Submit detailed weekly reports (shop-level) with photos.

4.⁠ ⁠Market Intelligence

• Gather on-ground feedback from retailers and consumers on:
• Brand perception
• Product movement
• Pricing
• Competitor activity
• Summarize insights in weekly reports.

5.⁠ ⁠Special Projects

• Support any additional marketing or brand visibility initiatives as assigned.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with photo documentation and geo-tagging apps
• Strong communication, coordination, and observation skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently

Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license

Suggested Salary: (Trivandrum region): ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Travel Allowance (TA)
