* Producer

- Manage editorial and production requirements for the website

- Ensure news flow, accuracy, and timely publish

- 5-8 years of experience in journalism (ideally in web journalism) 

- Good command of Marathi written as well as spoken

- Should generate innovative ideas for news coverage as well as programming

- Must have an understanding of the politics & culture of Maharashtra

* Assistant/Associate producers

- Write scripts in Marathi, research and produce

- Should be able to deliver news in a way to increase viewership

- 1 to 4 years of experience (idealy in web journalism)

- Good understanding of politics & culture of Maharshtra

- Domain knowledge of entertainment or sports is welcome
