Age Limit: Minimum 18 years; below 28 years

Training Duration: 3 Years

Monthly Stipend:

10th/12th/ITI

• 1st Year: ₹19,000 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹20,000 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹21,000 per month

Degree/Diploma

• 1st Year: ₹21,000 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹22,000 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹23,000 per month

B.E./B.Tech

• 1st Year: ₹22,000 per month
• 2nd Year: ₹23,000 per month
• 3rd Year: ₹24,000 per month

Yearly Completion Bonus:

For LEAD Trainees Only

Year 1

• End of 6 months: ₹4,000
• End of year: ₹6,000

Year 2

• End of 6 months: ₹8,000
• End of year: ₹12,000

Year 3

• End of 6 months: ₹12,000
• End of year: ₹18,000
