Job Details:

1. Business Unit: Digital Customer Experience (DCX)

  • Job Role: Consumer/Tech Support Services for Small Office Home Office Segment
     
  • Number of Vacancies: 450
     
  • Job Description: 
    a) Provide first line support for consumers/ End user support.
    b) Account Management / Application Support. 

Qualification:

  • B.E / B. Tech (IT, CSE, EEE, ECE, EIE)
  • B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, CSE)
  • BCom – IT/CA
  • Any of the above degrees with no standing arrears

Skill Set:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in Hardware, Networking, and Operating Systems
  • Ability to solve technical queries related to Networking and Connectivity Issues
  • Practical approach towards Problem Solving
  • Willingness to work in night shifts

Starting Salary: 2.4 LPA

2. Business Unit: Enterprise Product Services (EPS)

  • Job Role: Network Engineer (Firewall & Security)
     
  • Number of Vacancies: 100
     
  • Job Description:
    a) Configure and troubleshoot high-end networks
    b) Provide remote technical support/ troubleshooting on Enterprise products & applications

Qualification:

  • B.E / B. Tech (IT, CSE, EEE, ECE, EIE)
  • Minimum 70% aggregate
  • No standing arrears

Skill Set:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in Hardware, Networking, and Operating Systems
  • Ability to solve technical queries related to Networking and Connectivity Issues
  • Practical approach towards Problem Solving
  • Willing to sign a two-year service agreement
  • Willingness to work in night shifts

Starting Salary: 3.2 LPA on joining + NSA  & 3.65 LPA after 6 months + NSA

3. Business Unit: Digital Engineering Services (DES)

  • Job Role: Software Developer (Full Stack Development)
     
  • Number of Vacancies: 60
     
  • Job Description:
    a) Use programming languages and software to build applications.
    b) Design and implement efficient user interfaces for applications

Qualification:

  • B.E / B. Tech (IT, CSE, EEE, ECE, EIE)
  • Minimum 70% aggregate

Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in Programming Languages (Java or C or C++ or Python)
  • Ability to code and debug effectively
  • Good logical thinking skills
  • Practical approach towards problem-solving
  • Willing to sign a two-year service agreement

Starting Salary: 3.6 LPA

4. Business Unit: Digital Infrastructure Services (DIS)

  • Job Role: IT Help Desk/ NoC Engineer/ SoC Engineer
     
  • Number of Vacancies: 100
     
  • Job Description:
    a) Provide IT help desk support for Small & Medium Businesses, to Large Enterprise
    b) Network Monitoring & Infrastructure Management support

Qualification:

  • BCA, BSc Comp.Sc, MCA, MSc Comp.Sc, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Comp.Sc, IT, ECE)
  • Minimum 60% aggregate
  • No standing arrears

Skill Set:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in Hardware, Networking, and Operating Systems
  • Ability to solve technical queries related to Networking and Connectivity Issues
  • Practical approach towards problem-solving
  • Willing to sign a two-year service agreement
  • Willingness to work in night shifts

Starting Salary: 2.5 LPA + NSA

The complete interview process will take three to 4 days in all:-

  1. Language assessment through an assessment tool.
  2. Face to face communication interview with language experts through MS Teams.
  3. HR Discussion through MS Teams.
  4. Conditional Offer letter roll out to selected students.
