TI Clean Mobility Private Limited (Electric Vehicle-3-Wheeler Segment) located in Chennai, is looking for ITI, Diploma & B.Tech/B.E Freshers (2025-Pass-out) in all streams except Computer Science & Civil.

Designation: NAPS Trainee

Details For NAPS Trainee Are as Follows:

Course: ITI

• Number of Vacancies: 100

• Stipend + DBT per Month: 14,750/-

Course: Diploma

• Number of Vacancies: 100

• Stipend + DBT per Month: 15,750/-

Course: B.E/B.Tech

• Number of Vacancies: 50

• Stipend + DBT per Month: 17,000/-

Total Number of Vacancies: 250

Eligibility Criteria:

• Date of Birth & Age: Should be more than 18 years

• 10th Percentage: Minimum 50% & above

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech Percentage: As on the semester they have written (> 70%)

• Attendance Percentage: (> 90%)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Has to learn the processes of vehicle manufacturing, eg: Painting, Vehicle Assembly, Bodyshop, Quality

• Need to develop the knowledge for troubleshooting the defect and rework.

• Has to complete their process as per defined TAT time, adhering quality standards.

• Should be able to do continuous improvement in the fronts like Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cast, and Morale

• Should exhibit a punctual work habit and abide by the direction of the supervisor

• Need to have an attitude to take more responsibility and deliver their duty.

About NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme):

• NAPS is governed by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE)

• Maximum duration of Training Period is 1 Year

• NAPS Facilitation Directly by the Company

• Training completion Certificate issued by the Government of India

• Restricted entry & exit in the scheme.
