Job Description:

Mohebi Group Dubai is hiring Junior Accountant

Location: Jafza, Dubai

Experience: 

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably with AR and cash handling responsibilities
• Experience in the FMCG sector in the UAE is preferred

Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP.
• Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and analytical mindset

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Petty Cash & Cash Management:

• Handling petty cash transactions, cash reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Maintaining accurate cash flow records and ensuring timely replenishments.

2.⁠ ⁠Reconciliation & Reporting:

• Preparing daily cash reports and financial reconciliations.
• Ensuring accuracy in cash tracker reports and monthly cash statements.

3.⁠ ⁠Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:

• Handling customer invoicing, collections, and AR reconciliations.
• Ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups for timely payments.

4.⁠ ⁠Accounting & Financial Compliance:

• Assisting in general ledger entries and month-end closing.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.

5.⁠ ⁠Systems & Process Handling:

• Working with ERP  and Excel for financial transactions and reporting.
• Supporting automation and process improvements for efficient cash & AR management.
