Mohandas Institute of Management is hiring 2019, 2020, 2021 PASS OUTS freshers.

Job Title: Associate Operations Analyst. 

Eligibility:

MBA-Finance, Mcom & MA Economics

60% throughout from 10th to PG, Zero backlogs, 0 to 1 year (Freshers preferred)
Work location: ENVESTNET,  Technopark, Trivandrum (Currently Remote Working)
Salary for fresher: INR 2.25 LPA (INR 15000/ month + shift allowance)
One Time Joining Allowance for remote working: INR 15000
Monthly telephone/ internet allowance for remote working: INR 1000
This job requires working in shifts which can go up to 1 am. (Free cab facility is available)
Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience will have service agreement of 2 years.
Selection Process:
i)                    Proctored Online Test (No negative marks) – MCQ (Aptitude + Finance domain)
ii)                  Date: 15th Jan 2022, Saturday
iii)                HR Interview (Video conference)  - Date will be announced later
iv)                Technical Interview (Video conference)    - Date will be announced later. 
Each process an elimination round and test & interviews are done virtually (video call interviews and online test).
