Job Description:

Miles Education is hiring Business Development Executive - College Outreach

Location: Kochi/Kozhikode, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Business Development/College Outreach

Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in business development, field sales, education sales, college outreach, or institutional sales

Preferred Profile:

• Prior experience working with colleges/institutions highly preferred
• Candidates with strong local networks among colleges preferred
• Knowledge of the education/EdTech sector is an added advantage

Key Competencies:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with daily field travel (visiting 4-5 colleges/day) and meeting decision-makers
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 4-5 colleges daily to drive college outreach and build institutional relationships
• Connect with key stakeholders (Principals, HoDs, Placement Officers, Faculty Coordinators)
• Secure appointments and slots for AI workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities
• Generate qualified student leads and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Follow up with colleges to convert discussions into workshop opportunities and partnerships
• Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, workshop schedules, and leads generated
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
