Job Description:

Meron is hiring Associate - Digital Marketing (SEO & Performance Marketing)

Experience: 2+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing/SEO

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (Marketing/Digital Media preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page)
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns
• Optimize website content for search engines, visibility and organic traffic growth
• Monitor performance using Analytics & Search Console
• Improve website rankings, traffic and lead generation
• Stay updated with SEO trends and digital tools
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives and campaign execution
• Create and optimize content for SEO (blogs, landing pages, product pages)

Skills:

• Hands-on experience of Meta Ads tools
• Understanding of keyword research & content optimization
• Familiar with AI tools & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good communication & multitasking skills
