Job Location: Calicut, Kerala

Job Summary:

• The HR & Sales Operations Coordinator supports both the Human Resources & Sales departments by managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee engagement for the sales team.
• This role also provides operational support, ensures compliance with HR policies, and optimizes sales processes to enhance team performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or sales operations roles.
• Proficiency in Payroll Systems, HRIS & CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
