Bharath Matrimony (Matrimony.com Ltd) is hiring Telemarketing Executive/Relationship Manager

● Location:  Ravipuram, Ernakulam  

●.Qualification: Degree (arrear candidates can also apply)

● Gender: Male/Female

Key Resonsibilities:

Contact existing customers to inform them about the product or service using scripts
Build rapport / trust with customers and suggest the right service based on the Customer need
Go the extra mile to meet the daily target and facilitate sale, revenue growth
Maintain basic workplace discipline, hygiene and strictly adhere to operational requirement at all times
Ask appropriate questions to understand customer requirements to close sales
Explain the service features and provide accurate information
Achieve the set quality parameters
Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right  customer experience
