Job Positions:
1. Store HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner)
Locations: UAE, Oman, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait
Job Overview:
- The Store HRBP will be responsible for implementing & managing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives at the store level, aligning business objectives with employees and management.
- This role collaborates with the Regional HRBP, CoEs, and HR Head to ensure effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, payroll, and recruitment.
- Align HR strategies with business needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws in UAE, Kuwait, Oman, KSA, and Qatar.
- Foster a positive & engaging workplace environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR laws & regulations in UAE, Kuwait, Oman, KSA, and Qatar.
2. Audit Executive
Locations: UAE, Oman, KSA
Job Overview:
- The Audit Executive will oversee the full audit cycle, including risk management and assessment of internal processes, and will suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
- The role is critical in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and contributing to cost-saving measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management, assess and monitor the internal processes prevalent in each business function, and suggest improvements to ensure the highest levels of process streamlining and internal controls.
- Draft the internal audit report based on the audit checklist and other findings.
- Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
- Responsible for ensuring that accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles for the business segments under your purview.
- Responsible for assisting in providing initiative for cost reduction control in any Cost center/areas.
- Ensure all the accounts such as Banks, cash, related party, customer and vendor balances are reconciled .
- Ensure timely completion of internal Auditing engagements, Business units visits & ensure the Audit process running in a smooth way.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Com/M.Com degree with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
CTC Details:
- Store HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner): AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 + Accommodation
- Audit Executive: AED 2,000 + Accommodation
Contract Details:
- Visa Contract Duration: 2 years
- Vacation Entitlement: After completing 24 months of work, you will be entitled to a two-month vacation.
- Leave Pay: Two months’ basic salary will be provided as leave pay.
- Airfare: A ticket allowance of AED 1,500 will be provided for the vacation.
- Duty Timing: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Weekly Off: One weekly off day as per the schedule.
