Job Description:

Maple Tech Space is hiring  HR Manager -Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for End to End recruitment
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media (LinkedIn/Naukri/indeed) etc.

Requirements:

3-5 years of recruitment experience
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build effective relationships
