Mahindra is conducting its biggest hiring drive for engineering students graduating in 2026. Through campus recruitment, candidates will get opportunities in Mahindra Automotive and Farm Sector with trainee roles that provide hands-on experience in core engineering domains.

Available Trainee Programs:

1. Postgraduate Engineering Trainee (PGET) - For MTech graduates

2. Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) - For BTech graduates

3. Swaraj Graduate Engineering Trainee (SGET) - For specialised engineering streams (Swaraj Tractors)

4. Graduate Agriculture Engineering Trainee (GAgT) - For Agricultural Engineering graduates

Selected candidates will be placed based on academic background and performance & Opportunity to work on real-world projects, advanced technologies, and cross-functional teams

Eligibility Criteria:

• BTech/MTech with expected graduation in 2026
• Minimum 60% (or equivalent CGPA) throughout academics
• No active backlogs or arrears
• Eligible streams include Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Agriculture Engineering, and related branches
• Open to students from accredited colleges and participating institutes

Job Location: PAN India (Locations based on business requirements & Opportunities across R&D and manufacturing units in automotive and agricultural sectors)
