Job Description:

Leap is hiring Senior Accountant

Experience:

• 5+ years of accounting experience (including Articleship)
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, or food industry environments will be an added advantage

Qualification: CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA is an advantage

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, and financial validation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Reporting & Analysis)
• Experience in documentation review, audit support, and reporting
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) - Mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Preference: Preference for candidates with Logistics Industry experience in India or overseas markets

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate financial and logistics-related documents
• Prepare reconciliations, working papers, and financial reports
• Analyze invoices, payments, shipment and supporting documentation
• Identify discrepancies, exceptions, and compliance issues
• Support claim reviews, documentation management, and reporting processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain accurate audit trails
• Prepare dashboards, summaries, and management reports
