Larsen & Toubro is hiring Graduate Commercial Trainee

Work Location: PAN India

Profile Description - Graduate Commercial Trainee:

• Candidates who are pursuing their final year of under-graduation from the following streams: B.Com, BBA/BBM, B.Sc (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics) & B.A - Material Management
• Selected candidates will be trained in functions such as Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management, and Time Office, based on the assigned function.
• Students currently in their final year of undergraduate studies in the specified streams, expected to graduate in April/May 2026 from a recognized Indian University.

Training Period: 12 months of on-the-job training from the date of joining.

Compensation:

• Office-Based Posting: ₹3,00,000 CTC per annum
• Project Site-Based Posting: ₹3,57,000 CTC per annum

Eligibility Guidelines:

• Academics: Minimum 60% aggregate up to the 4th semester of under-graduation and 60% or above in both 10th and 12th
• Mode of Study: Full-time undergraduate course only
• Backlogs/Arrears: No past or live backlogs; all subjects must be cleared in the first attempt
• Age: Born between 1 July 2003 and 30 June 2008 (both days inclusive)
• Nationality: Indian Nationals only
• Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per company guidelines
