Job Description:

Ladder7 is hiring Junior Software Engineer - Java

Location: Trivandrum

Mode: Hybrid

Experience: Minimum 6 months experience required

Qualification: Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance web applications.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Build back-end services and applications using Java, Java Servlet API, and related frameworks.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and external services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance, and security.
• Work closely with designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.

Skills:

• Proficient in Java & Java Servlet API
• Knowledge of Spring/Hibernate
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JS, React/Angular
• Understanding of REST APIs & Git
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
