Job Description:

Kuttukaran Group is hiring Leadership Trainees Under the Tag Name KITE (Kuttukaran Initiative for Transformative Excellence in young leaders).

Position: Leadership Trainee

Eligibility: 

• Graduates/Post Graduates/Engineering Graduates (Candidates Passing Out in 2025)

CTC: Rs. 4.20 Lacs (Gross Salary: Rs. 22,000 per month)

Training Details:

• Training Duration: 1 Year

• The 1 Year Training Session would include 80 days of Residential Sessions & 210 days of Internship at 8 locations of Kuttukaran (4 within Kerala & 4 outside Kerala)

• Appointment as Leadership Trainee after Training & posting can be in the States of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Maharashtra

Recruitment Process:

• Candidates who apply will receive communication via email & WhatsApp regarding the time & venue of recruitment based on their preferred location.

• Recruitment drive will start at 10:00 am

• An initial presentation on Kuttukaran & the KITE Leadership Trainee Program will be conducted.

• Interested candidates will proceed for a Group Discussion, followed by shortlisting for an interview.

• Selected candidates will be called for a final round of interview by March or April at Ernakulam.

• The batch of Leadership Trainees will join Kuttukaran on 1st July 2025.
