Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic reviews and onboarding activities as per client policies.
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence and corporate renewal reviews.
• Understand and apply client policies and procedures.
• Review documentation requirements for various corporate structures.
• Handle referrals and queries proactively.
• Escalate complex cases to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or Team Leads when required.
• Manage cases throughout the end-to-end process within defined timelines.
• Monitor performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Source data from multiple systems and accurately update the primary system.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Understanding of corporate structures such as private/public companies, trusts, and partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
