Opening Job Positions:

1. Junior Business Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. 
• Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries. 
• Support sales and promotional events.
• Maintain relationships with clients through calls and emails.
• Present sales reports and align with the developed sales strategy.
• Identify market trends to guide organizational offerings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any graduate.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A results-driven and proactive mindset.

2. Software Engineer - Java Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare course materials and mentor students in Java programming.
• Conduct examinations, evaluate student work, and provide feedback.
• Train individuals in technical concepts with hands-on learning sessions.
• Guide students on debugging, code optimization, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Expertise in Java, including core concepts and algorithms.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.

Additional Details:

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
• Job Location: Trivandrum
