Designation: DMS Executive - Vendor Management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance of pricing structure in billing software in accordance with approved price lists for various categories of customers.

2. Understanding the monthly sales promotion activities proposed by the sales and marketing team and defining the same in the billing software.

3. Generating reports from billing software as per management and audit needs.

4. Master data maintenance in software and liaison of development needs arising from various users.

5. Providing assistance and training required for salesmen and distributors for using the software for order taking and billing.

6. Providing value-added MIS updates on sales and sales promotion using data fetched through the software.
